The Copacabana Brazilian Protein Treatment is the professional Taninoplasty smoothing treatment powered by proprietary Taninoplasty technology. A 3 in 1 formulation combining Hydrolysed Keratin, Dual Amino Acids from Silk and Wheat, and Natural Tannins from Rosemary Leaf Extract works within the hair cortex to rebuild and restructure hair bonds rather than coating the surface. The result is smooth, frizz free hair with natural movement and authentic shine lasting up to 6 months. Hair can be washed the same day as treatment. Colour services can proceed 2 days after treatment. Perm and rebonding services can proceed 2 to 3 months after treatment. Safe for all hair types including bleached, overprocessed, and damaged hair. HOW TO USE

STEP NOTE
Step 2 of 3 in the Copacabana system. Must be preceded by PURIFYING and followed by NEUTRALIZER.

  • 01.

    After blow drying following the PURIFYING step, apply COPACABANA TANINO AMINO evenly from roots to ends strand by strand, avoiding the scalp.

  • 02.

    Cover with a processing cap. Normal hair: 60 to 90 minutes. Damaged, bleached, or fine hair: 45 to 60 minutes.

  • 03.

    Rinse. Normal or resistant hair: rinse 60 to 80 percent only. Fine or damaged hair: rinse 100 percent.

  • 04.

    Towel dry and blow dry completely until 100 percent dry.

  • 05.

    Flat iron section by section. Normal hair: 210 to 230 degrees Celsius, 12 to 15 passes. Damaged or fine hair: 180 to 190 degrees Celsius, 8 to 10 passes.

  • 06.

    Proceed to NEUTRALIZER Hair Mask as Step 3 to complete the protocol.
