What Is the Copacabana Taninoplasty System?

Copacabana is the world's most advanced professional hair smoothing and straightening system, powered by proprietary Taninoplasty technology. Taninoplasty is nanoplasty plus healing.

Where standard nanoplasty treatments deliver keratin and amino acids to smooth the hair, Taninoplasty adds a third active mechanism that no other system has: Natural Tannins from Rosemary Leaf Extract that form new internal bonds within the hair fibre, simultaneously smoothing and healing the hair structure from within.

Results last up to six months. Safe for bleached, colour treated, and extension wearing clients. Formaldehyde free including no ingredients that convert to formaldehyde under flat iron heat.

HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM

SHAMPOO

Apply PURIFYING Deep Cleansing Shampoo Micellar. Wash twice. Leave on for 3 minutes on the second wash. Rinse thoroughly. Do not apply conditioner.
BLOW DRY

Blow dry before applying treatment.
Normal hair: 80 to 100 percent dry.
Fine or damaged hair: 50 percent dry.
APPLY THE TREATMENT

Apply COPACABANA TANINO AMINO evenly from roots to ends strand by strand, avoiding the scalp. Cover with a processing cap.

Normal hair: 60 to 90 minutes.
Damaged hair: 45 to 60 minutes.
RINSE

Thick or resistant hair: rinse 60 to 80 percent only.
Fine or damaged hair: rinse 100 percent.
BLOW DRY

Towel dry and blow dry completely until 100 percent dry.
FLAT IRON

Section by section in thin strands.

Fine hair: 180°C · 8–10 passes
Normal hair: 200°C · 12–15 passes
Thick or resistant hair: 230°C · 12–15 passes
NEUTRALIZER MASK

Rinse with water only. Apply NEUTRALIZER Hair Mask. Leave 10 minutes. Rinse. Blow dry or style as desired.
